The Calm Comb offers mobile head lice screening, treatment, and advice using a gentle, non-chemical approach. We operate across Manchester and surrounding areas.

2. Bookings
Appointments are subject to availability.
All bookings must be made by an adult (18+).
We reserve the right to decline or reschedule appointments at our discretion.

3. Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed clearly on our website.
Full payment is due at the time of service via cash, bank transfer, or card (where available).
Extra charges may apply for extended appointments or travel outside our standard service area.

4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a £20 late cancellation fee.
If we arrive for a confirmed appointment and are unable to proceed (e.g. child unwilling, no access), the full fee may still apply.

5. Treatment Disclaimer
While we use effective manual methods, complete removal of all nits in one session cannot be guaranteed.
We advise follow-up combing and checks as outlined in our aftercare advice.

6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must inform us of any allergies, scalp conditions, or sensitivities before treatment begins.
A responsible adult must be present during treatment for all children.
